Refund Policy

Last updated: 11 June 2026

The short version

If you buy PracticeJEE Pro and it isn't right for you, email us within 7 days of paymentand we'll refund the full amount. No questions asked, no forms, no “retention offers”.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@practicejee.com with the subject “Refund request”.
  2. Send it from the Google account email you used to sign in (or mention it in the message), so we can locate your subscription.
  3. That's it. You don't need to give a reason. If you have the Razorpay payment ID from your payment confirmation email, including it speeds things up, but it's not required.

What happens next

  • We confirm your refund by email within 48 hours.
  • The refund is issued through Razorpay to your original payment method (UPI, card, or netbanking).
  • Banks typically take 5–7 business days to show the money back in your account. UPI refunds are usually faster.
  • Your Pro access ends when the refund is issued; your account and practice history stay intact on the free plan.

The fine print (kept short)

  • The 7-day window starts on the date of payment, as recorded by Razorpay.
  • After 7 days, refunds aren't available — but if you believe something went genuinely wrong (double charge, payment without access, billing error), email us anyway and we'll sort it out.
  • One refund per student. The offer exists so you can try Pro risk-free, not as a recurring free trial.
