Refund Policy
Last updated: 11 June 2026
The short version
If you buy PracticeJEE Pro and it isn't right for you, email us within 7 days of paymentand we'll refund the full amount. No questions asked, no forms, no “retention offers”.
How to request a refund
- Email support@practicejee.com with the subject “Refund request”.
- Send it from the Google account email you used to sign in (or mention it in the message), so we can locate your subscription.
- That's it. You don't need to give a reason. If you have the Razorpay payment ID from your payment confirmation email, including it speeds things up, but it's not required.
What happens next
- We confirm your refund by email within 48 hours.
- The refund is issued through Razorpay to your original payment method (UPI, card, or netbanking).
- Banks typically take 5–7 business days to show the money back in your account. UPI refunds are usually faster.
- Your Pro access ends when the refund is issued; your account and practice history stay intact on the free plan.
The fine print (kept short)
- The 7-day window starts on the date of payment, as recorded by Razorpay.
- After 7 days, refunds aren't available — but if you believe something went genuinely wrong (double charge, payment without access, billing error), email us anyway and we'll sort it out.
- One refund per student. The offer exists so you can try Pro risk-free, not as a recurring free trial.
